Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for supporting my work. Every product is created with care, whether it’s a digital download or a handmade item. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience any issues accessing your file, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
Handmade Products
Each handmade item is carefully produced and quality checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives:
Faulty
Damaged in transit
Or you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality
You may request a return.
To be eligible:
You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order
The item must be returned in its original condition
Proof of the issue (such as photos) may be requested
If your return is approved, you will be offered either:
A replacement
A repair (where possible)
Or a refund
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind (unless agreed at discretion)
Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty)
Items damaged due to misuse
